Club Championship Events 2026

Other than for “Mixed” events – all dates cover both Ladies and Men

Dates have allowed for Public Holidays

There may be gaps in dates to allow for same

Depending on number of entries, weather etc we MAY need to play on Saturdays and Sundays

eg. For Singles, we may need to play on both mornings and afternoons

A gap has been allowed for Pennant – District haven’t confirmed dates yet.

Competition is 2 bowl triples played over 26 ends.

Nomination sheets have been posted in the games room for these championship events.

Nominations will close on 25th September.

Competition commences on 17th October and concludes on 7th November

please only nominate if you are available for the entirety of the event
Write your team members names on the nomination form on the board
Complete the “Championship Nomination Form” (in pouch attached to board) and place in an envelope in the locked box with entry fee of $30

Draw will be done before the end of September.

The teams were forwarded to players on Wednesday 9 September.

Play commences on Wednesday 16 September.

Players to arrive at the club by 12.30 pm for a 1 pm start.

Team Managers to contact players.

Prize Money is being collected through the 100’s club board. Two draws have already been completed.

Pairs to play 21 ends. (2,2,2,2)

Triples to play 28 ends. 2 Bowl Triples.

Fours to play 21 ends.

On the roll of the jack, if it is out of play, opposition skip to place. Mat can be moved.

If the jack goes out of play during the game, there are no dead ends, jack to be re-spotted on the T.
